Minowa Seiichi (箕輪 勢一) was a member of Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department Private Funeral Division. He worked for Amako Seiichi.

Minowa pretends to be a genteel soldier working with his superior, Amako Seiichi but proves that is not the case during the Labyrinth of the Minotaur Game.

Minowa had a very strict mother who would overwork her son and not let him eat until he finished studying.

- Minowa and Amako's given names share the same pronunciation, but are spelled with different characters.
- Minowa appears in the official playing card set as the 6 of diamonds.
- When Manabe first encounters Kadokura, he comments to himself that "this is the man who killed Minowa."
- Manabe thinks this again during his fight with Kadokura, in Chapter 487. While he thinks this, an image of Minowa is shown.
- Minowa's appearance is possibly modeled after the musician Eikichi Yazawa.
